Beyoncé and Jay-Z Turned Down $14m Offer for Baby Snaps
Just a few days ago Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z made the
decision to post their first photographs of daughter Blue Ivy on a Tumblr page,
much to our delight.
It has since been reported that the power couple turned down
a staggering $14 million for rights to the images, instead choosing to share
them for free. Close friend and celebrity stylist June Ambrose insisted that Beyoncé
wouldn’t have had it any other way, telling Us
Weekly:
“B really wanted to do it this way. She just couldn’t
imagine selling pictures of her baby. It just felt really good to see her do it
under her terms. It doesn’t surprise me.”
Speaking about mum and dad, Ambrose insisted that they are
great parents: “They were so good, before having this baby, when they were with
children. I never thought for once it would be difficult. They’re grounded.”
As for the baby, the stylist gushed: “She’ll be a supermodel…
She’s gorgeous!”
