Russell Brand’s New Girlfriend Identity Revealed

Rumours have been circulating claiming that Russell Brand has got himself a new girlfriend. The comedian, who recently split from singer Katy Perry, was been spotted a number of times with a mystery brunette.

Last weekend Russell was seen with the young lady at the Largo theatre in LA . Tongues started wagging when the young woman was seen still wearing the same outfit when Russell was seen dropping her off at her home the next morning.

The identity of Russell’s new girlfriend has now been revealed. The lady in question is 25-year-old Mexican artist Oriela Medellin Amieiro.

Russell is said to have met Oriela from being in the same yoga class they both regularly attend.

Despite it being pretty obvious that the two are dating, when asked about the alleged relationship Oriela remained coy and replied:

“I am not comfortable talking about this.”

Oriela, who has made a name for herself in the art world, is known for her nude paintings which are said to sell for around £4,500 a piece. Oriela explains her art on her website, it says:

'My work explores feelings of guilt, sensuality, sexuality and repression from a woman's perspective. 'In an era where gender roles and identities are blurred, my works express contradictions. They portray strong and powerful females and their inner turmoil, as well as gentle and sensitive males.'

As well as being a successful artist, Oriela has also achieved fame as a model. Lucky Russell.
